Welcome to Southern Breeze Gardens on Marco Island! SBG is a 28 unit condominium community situated on the southeastern portion of Marco Island. Marco Island is on southwest coast of Florida with white sandy beaches and beautiful water of Gulf of Mexico.

Marco Island is the largest of Florida’s Ten Thousand Islands with a small island lifestyle. The island is linked to the mainland by two bridges. Located just south of Naples and home to endangered animals, bird species, manatees and dolphins.  Marco Island has designer boutiques at the Esplanade Shoppes and many waterfront dining venues. A weekly Farmers Market from November-April, Seafood Festival, and Christmas Island events are popular on the island.
